Guam real estate activity in 2023 was severely affected by the interest rate hikes. 

Will it get worse before it gets better?

Interest rate hikes have halted real estate transactions in Guam — between January to July 2022, monthly Guam real estate sales volume ranged from $51 million to $68 million, but the last two months of the year reflected volume of only $32 million to $33 million.

Think about tomorrow; act today

As the saying goes, the house you looked at today and want to think about until tomorrow may be the same house someone looked at yesterday and will buy today.
