Pereira

“I am only part of two loyalty programs and they both deal with coffee. The advantage for me is looking forward to incentives (getting a free cup of coffee or gift certificate). I’d like to see loyalty programs for kid.”

Kamerin U. Pereira
Chief people officer, Pay-Less Markets Inc.

Ferguson

“I am a member of five loyalty programs — airlines and hotels. I like the product, and why not earn points while using a product you like?”

Ben Ferguson
General manager, Pacific Islands Club/Country Club of the Pacific

White

“I’ve sold loyalty programs, designed loyalty programs and am currently participating in one. I’m not too keen on participating in too many programs though, because of privacy concerns. The program I’m currently using doesn’t require my personal info. Additionally, I get discounts on fuel with this business.

However, if one comes along that gives discounts on gas, I’m sure I’d consider it as many others would.”

Troy A. White
Aggregates sales and operations manager, Primet Rock

Sablan

“Loyalty programs are designed to enhance the value of services and purchases. Essential loyalty programs for me include those offered through Joeten’s Latte Cafe, Healing Stone and the Club at the Hyatt Saipan.”

Shirley T. Sablan
President and CEO, Pacifica Insurance Underwriters Inc.

Schiff

“I am a member of only two loyalty programs which include Subway and United. Loyalty programs are proven to increase customer visits, so I firmly believe all businesses should have some type of loyalty program.”

Gary D. Schiff
Director of brand management, Subway Guam/Saipan, and field consultant, Army and Air Force Exchange Service and Navy Exchange Command Pacific Region
